Basically, the relationships among colleagues are good.
Cons
This company is understaffed all the time. Don't expect anyone to teach you when you first join, because everyone else is about as inexperienced as you are. If you can adapt and develop your skills on your own, you can stay; otherwise, there are actually other, brighter options.
