Not many pros
Let me make this very clear: there is no overtime pay! There is no overtime pay! There is no overtime pay!
You can only leave after the work is finished, and starting work at 5 a.m. may mean working until 5 or 6 p.m.
Also, don't naively believe the company profile's claim to “treat this place as your second home.”
The boss's wife always has a sour expression, and the master was not very friendly during the interview either.
After the interview, they said they would notify you of the result, but in fact, they completely ignored you.
You even have to keep asking what happened with the interview result. Such a warm, home-like atmosphere, huh?
The salary is fixed and non-negotiable, and money is additionally deducted for being late.
My impression after the interview was that the master at this place may think it is quite impressive that they won a selection competition many years ago.
It gives the impression that they think it is already very good of them to let you come and learn without charging tuition.
No wonder the position has been open for so long, haha.
