You won’t get scolded for going out to buy things during work hours.
I’ve seen many people clock in first thing in the morning and then go out for breakfast.
Talented employees can’t seem to stay, and one by one they resign.
Senior management is very stubborn and unwilling to listen to frontline employees’ ideas. Even when they discover problems internally, they are unwilling to face them.
Salaries are far below industry standards. New hires are offered very little pay, yet have an overwhelming number of responsibilities—so, so many.
HR lacks professionalism, and its attitude feels insincere and arrogant.
The customer service department is isolated from the rest of the company, and there seems to be a lot of infighting between departments.
Some departments spend all their time slacking off and chatting, while others are busy beyond belief.
Most importantly, they make grand promises, but the bonuses are very small.
A company where HR and finance employees keep resigning and vacancies remain unfilled clearly has serious internal problems.
Anyone considering applying should think twice.
