Pros
1. Employee meals provided
2. Probably not much opportunity for advancement, but the atmosphere is fairly harmonious (?)
Cons
1. Too many people giving orders
2. Proposals are rejected, as if they don't like too many opinions, yet in the end they feel they're not innovative enough
3. One day during the probationary period, they suddenly said not to come in the next day; no labor or health insurance was provided during employment
