1. The design supervisor is not very good at managing people. When reviewing designs, they only say: “It feels a bit strange,” but cannot explain what is strange.
It is the same as not reviewing them at all—if something feels strange, that is precisely why a supervisor’s review is needed.
2. Colleagues are very indifferent toward one another. Although everyone in the design department works in the same area, if you are a designer for a different brand, your colleagues will be indifferent to you.
3. You have to install the design software yourself and even crack it yourself. The computer equipment is not very good.
4. The work environment is very noisy.
