The base salary is 20,000. The first three months are considered an “internship,” and in the first month you may only receive 20,000 (as the interviewer said themselves).
In the second and third months, it is 20,000 plus a performance bonus of 2,000–4,000.
After completing the internship, it is still a base salary of 20,000 plus team and individual commissions. If the team commission does not reach the required target, you may not receive it.
Overtime pay is calculated based on the base salary, and they specifically stated that it would not be increased in accordance with the Labor Standards Act.
I was stunned when I heard that the base salary was 20,000. They even specifically clarified, “We don’t follow the Labor Standards Act.”
