The boss's thinking is too emotional
Makes decisions on a whim
The company's employment practices do not comply with the Labor Standards Act
Only the boss's preferred practices are followed
The boss has the final say
Believes in themselves
Poor interpersonal relationships
When something goes wrong, blames it on their own illness or on others
Interferes in everything, big or small
From hygiene habits to relationship counseling to marital intimacy
It feels like having an ombudsman watching over you
Always looking for a chance to report your misconduct
Most importantly,
The boss is an outsider who dictates to the professionals and just pays lip service
As a result, employees come and go and do not stay long
For anyone considering an interview,
