None at all
On the first day of reporting to work, I was unexpectedly called in for a second interview. The boss’s attitude and what he said were completely different from during the interview, as if he had forgotten that he was the one who had interviewed and hired me. He even asked to see my résumé and repeated the questions from the interview. He was critical from beginning to end and sent me away in less than an hour.
The boss is completely unable to listen to others, thinks very highly of himself, and believes that everyone else’s standards and abilities are inferior, while his own ideas are the only ones that truly count. He has a condescending, seemingly charitable attitude, but cannot give a coherent answer when questioned. He likes to distort what others mean and is someone who lives very much in his own world...
The employee turnover rate is extremely high: within one week, two of the four new hires had already left.
Every employee is obsequious toward the boss, and the atmosphere is unpleasant.
