1. Newcomers are not valued. Management only communicates with senior employees, and after communicating, the senior employees do not share anything; they only tell newcomers to do odd jobs.
2. Senior employees neither provide guidance nor teach. They chat on LINE all day, and when you ask a question, you have to wait until they finish chatting before they answer.
3. Senior employees have low emotional intelligence and poor emotional management.
4. The office atmosphere is tense.
