Pros
There is so much work that it cannot all be completed.
Cons
There are a whole bunch of violations of the Labor Standards Act. The pay is low and the workload is heavy, with an unending barrage of profanity every day that leaves you exhausted.
Taking personal or sick leave results in a deduction from your pay.
The equipment is poor, the environment is dirty, and employees are merely tools for the boss to make money.
