The manager’s moods are unpredictable; as soon as they dislike you, your days become difficult. The employees there are very fond of shirking responsibility—whenever there’s a problem, they say they don’t know. The company does not follow SOPs at all. The office staff love gossiping and criticizing others. There are no employee trips, year-end parties, or spring banquets. The year-end bonus is pitifully small, and you never know when this small company might go under. The company’s data management is very old-fashioned, with no electronic management at all. You often can’t find old records and may even get scolded for it.
