Currently, senior management changes frequently, making it easy for employees to be affected. In addition, in order to promote the image of being a happy company, overtime on weekday evenings or holidays is prohibited, and employees may even be forced to take leave (creating the illusion of a schedule where people leave work on time) (work still has to be submitted on time, or employees may be required to come to the company even when the schedule shows they are off).
