1. The two properties are located in the Xinzhuang redevelopment area. At Cathay Xinzhuang Garden, the advertised salary for a chief administrator who also serves as a secretary is NT$31,000–32,000. One person is doing the work of two people, and the salary and benefits are extremely poor, completely out of line with the market rate for a chief administrator.
2. The salary and benefits for security work are NT$31,000, below the market rate. The mobile security guards’ schedules are not fixed; they must cover both day and night shifts to receive NT$35,000. At the other property, Guangtian Building, the service fee alone is NT$600,000, so the cost of providing mobile support to Guangtian Building is completely unreasonable.
3. When previously employed at the two properties, employees were not given pay slips, completely disregarding the Labor Standards Act.
