If you can treat the boss’s many far-fetched ideas as background noise, do what you can and should do, then leave, without caring about how the company develops, this should suit you.
You can generally work regular hours. For some positions, the boss may expect overtime to carry out all sorts of ideas that only excite the boss.
During the interview, the boss seemed to have a strong vision and ambitious goals, and was very persuasive, making you feel that the company had a bright future.
In reality, however, the boss frequently comes up with new ideas and thinks many things can be completed simultaneously. There are no clear goals in the planning: one moment they want to do this, and the next they want to do that. They want to use very few people, without resources or a foundation, to accomplish grand dreams.
The company has a high turnover rate.
People who care about a sense of achievement and the company’s development prospects are not a good fit.
It is not extremely bad, but whether it suits you really depends on your personality.
