Pros

I can't think of any pros.

Does having 4.5 people interview you for one job count as a pro?

Or is it fun to kill time with those clever questions from the HR department?

Cons

They painted a rosy picture during the interview; the conversation was pleasant, and even the top executive decided I should be hired.

I don't know why I was ultimately notified that I was not selected, and no reason was given.

The interview process was very lengthy. The first stage, consisting of an HR interview and a written test, took more than three hours.

Then I was scheduled for the next interview with the department manager. The department's “future colleagues” came to interview me first,

then the manager.

The second stage also took more than two hours.

In any case, the final impression was that the entire process was full of bureaucratic formalities. Regardless of what was said in the interview, they just wanted to hurry up and have the candidate sign the offer.

Without receiving a formal offer, everything said in the interview was a waste of time and a waste of life.
