The interview was not difficult. The interviewer seemed to be from sales. I only had to submit my résumé and take a simple typing test.
Administrative and general affairs
1. The first three months are paid hourly, at NT$140 to NT$160 per hour. The number of days off per month is unclear, and there are no guarantees.
2. You need to have a caregiver certificate. They claim this allows for a salary of NT$30,000. If you do not have one, you can pay out of pocket to enroll in a course; otherwise, the salary is NT$24,000.
3. Because the facility is still “in preparation,” the current workplace is in Xizhi, which is accessible only by bus. Male applicants who can drive a cargo truck are preferred, as they will need to help organize and move items to the long-term care center.
