The same boss owns Yongyuan Construction.

After five days on the job, the boss called me in and said I was not proactive or motivated and did not show a desire to perform, giving me a deadline to improve.

When I joined the company, not only was there no system in place, but there was not even a computer on the day of the meeting.

This position at this company has no clearly defined primary responsibilities. The tasks are all passed on from accounting and sales, along with greeting customers who want to buy homes.
