Pros
The company culture feels quite relaxed and free.
The employees all seem fairly young.
Cons
The interviewer was very disrespectful. In addition to constantly looking at their phone during the interview, they even went outside to smoke. During the conversation, they also repeatedly made jokes and sarcastic remarks—whether intentionally or not—in response to my answers, making for a very poor interview experience.
