Pros
There is overtime pay.
The younger boss is motivated and easy to get along with.
Cons
A family business.
The boss doesn't know whether to retire or not, and spends all day talking about making catalogs, wasting time.
Generally speaking, if you're just looking for a stable job, it's acceptable.
