Pros

Pros

Note: This company and “Idea Kingdom International Marketing Company” are different company names used by the same owner, so the reviews for both are the same.

1. First, the pros: Most of the business consists of government contracts, so there are opportunities to design and plan activities across many different areas. The work is highly varied. If you want to pursue event public relations, you can learn a lot. When used effectively, you can also gain access to many resources and build valuable connections.

2. As for salary, it is generally better than the requirements of the Labor Standards Act. Overtime pay is also calculated and paid as required. This deserves recognition.

3. Overtime is not too frequent. In most cases, it is caused by support for weekend events or projects being seriously delayed because the client fails to take action. However, overtime pay or compensatory leave is provided.

Cons

1. The owner’s personal issues result in meaningless complaints taking up most of the meeting time. Unless you are someone who can work while ignoring sarcastic remarks, please think carefully before applying.

2. Because the company mainly takes on government contracts, you will often encounter various outrageous situations involving civil servants. (On the other hand, you can also learn how to deal with civil servants.)

3. The company environment is relatively closed off. In addition to the surveillance cameras commonly found in companies, all company files—whether important or not—are internally locked and cannot be transferred externally. Only the owner can unlock them. This may not sound too bad at first, but whenever the owner leaves the office, all work involving external communication comes to a standstill.

4. There are basically no employee dinners, trips, or other social gatherings (at most, lunch). For job seekers who prefer to keep their personal and professional lives separate, this may be an advantage.
