The boss is a woman who speaks very rudely. During the interview, the HR person sitting beside her looked extremely worried on her behalf. The product is ugly, yet she kept saying that she had great “sense” and constantly hyping up her own worth. Her conversation had little substance—she only talked about how hard she worked while putting other people down. She nearly lost her temper during the interview, and only then did the boss rein herself in a little. A typical case of being afraid of the tough ones and bullying the weaker ones. There were lots of empty desks in the office, and the atmosphere at work felt strange. When I made eye contact with employees, their vacant looks seemed to say: “Whatever you do, don’t come here!!!” With a boss like this, whether you’re a new hire or applying for a senior position, you really must be careful!!!
