I applied for a sales assistant position, but after joining, I discovered that the company was very strange. It operates many companies under various names, and much of the information is highly confidential and not shown to employees, so it is almost impossible to understand what this company actually does.

They say it is a telemarketing system, but they also sell products and handle business such as name card printing, making it completely impossible to understand what they are doing.

They also monitor people very closely. There are actually three cameras in a tiny office. When I went to the area where the accountant was located, the accountant even said, “Please don’t stand too close to me in the future.” I have no idea what they were trying to guard against.

Another company operating under a different name is located nearby. There is no assistant there, so although I was interviewed as an assistant for Laiyou, I effectively had to handle several jobs at the same time—and serve as an assistant for different companies.

The boss has a very explosive temper and will slam down the phone when he disagrees with someone. He is very impatient. The boss’s wife is relatively cold, but unbelievably, she asked me to deliver food from the company that was about to expire to an orphanage for people to eat.

In short, it was a company where I had absolutely no idea what they were doing. The salary was only 25,000, so I left as soon as I had completed one month.
