The phone notification was prompt, and the contact person was also very friendly.
It was a one-on-one interview held at EnX Café near the originally scheduled workplace, and the supervisor who interviewed me was truly extremely rude. Not only did his eye contact and attitude throughout the process show that he completely looked down on people, but from the way he spoke, it was clear that he was actually a complete outsider in the field, yet he was the one recruiting someone to do marketing for him.
He then conducted the conversation with an entirely contemptuous attitude. He did not value employees’ individual qualities at all, nor did he seem interested in discovering their potential. He only wanted to find cheap labor to do the work. I say this because whether we were discussing salary or my strengths, he kept dismissively saying, “This won’t do. I’m not satisfied.”
In the end, he continued to make things difficult, asking me to explain and convince him why he should hire me. But whenever I began answering his questions, he immediately kept interrupting and challenging me after I had barely said a few words. He was utterly lacking in manners and relentlessly questioned my personality traits and abilities.
That was how the interview went. Needless to say, would anyone still want to work with him?
