Compared with typical small companies, it complies with the Labor Standards Act, offers many employee benefits, has flexible working hours, and the company allows employees to take extended leave (depending on the supervisor). The restroom attendant cleans the restrooms extremely well (a huge plus!)......
There are benefits, but there is a significant difference depending on employment status. For example, full-time employees can enjoy five benefits, while dispatched workers can enjoy only two. So if you are hired as a dispatched worker, think carefully, because even if you work very hard and constantly work overtime, your performance will all benefit the full-time employees. Whether you can become a full-time employee depends on your background and whether the boss likes you—there is absolutely no proper system for turning things around. But if you are fortunate enough to become a full-time employee, the nightmare begins: your seniority is wiped out, your salary is reevaluated, your annual leave goes back to zero, and your performance evaluation from the year before last may also be reset to zero. Then they will expect you to do more work than you did as a dispatched worker, as repayment for the great achievement of becoming a full-time employee. After that, work will come pouring in like an avalanche XDD~
The work procedures are also incredibly cumbersome. Each department operates independently and creates a pile of additional internal rules. There is never one set of genuine rules to follow—this is a textbook example of internal friction at its finest!!
There are often supervisors parachuted in from outside.......... and then you get language from outer space and strange, terrifying stories...
