Pros
For a traditional industry, the work environment is pretty good.
Cons
They had not reviewed my résumé in advance and only looked through the interviewee’s information during the interview. The salary offered was too low. Seeing two or three luxury cars parked at the company entrance, one would expect the company owner to be making quite a lot of money. According to 104, the salary offered for night-shift operators who have to work rotating three-shift schedules is less than NT$30,000.
