Pros
The benefits system is comprehensive, and the atmosphere during the interview was very pleasant.
The company explained the job responsibilities very clearly. It seemed that the colleagues had all been there for a long time, with no high turnover rate. It feels like a company where one could stay for the long term.
Cons
Because it is a long-established company, the office equipment is relatively old.
