The people there are all quite easy to get along with.
Cons
Before I left, this company did not offer an annual year-end bonus or a perfect-attendance bonus. In particular, the lack of a year-end bonus is very important for people with families. Job seekers considering joining this company should ask carefully about it first and then think it over.
