What the other reviewers said is all true, but I’d like to add three more points:
1. The boss fired Employee A before the Lunar New Year for a strange reason. After promising to give Employee A a year-end bonus, the boss ultimately went back on that promise.
2. Employee B submitted their resignation within the period stipulated by the Labor Standards Act, but the shareholders were dissatisfied and demanded compensation from Employee B. More than half of that month’s salary was withheld.
3. Poor management, constantly changing decisions, and low morale.
