I received an interview invitation soon after submitting my résumé. They provided a three-day window and said I could bring my résumé and come in for an interview at any time during that period.
The position I applied for was a sales representative, but the interviewer did not seem like someone who actually handles the work (perhaps the owner or a senior executive of some kind). The questions were all things that could already be found on my résumé, and they did not ask anything particularly in-depth. The interview ended quickly, and they said to wait for notification. When I asked about the detailed job responsibilities, I only received very superficial answers…
They said they needed to recruit people in advance because the busy season was approaching, and that around August they would eliminate some people and retain only a few to continue working long-term. I was told to wait for notification (no response).
