Pros
The colleagues are all nice, though some family members depend on the situation.
Cons
If the finances are truly unfavorable, you can simply explain the situation to the staff and ask them to leave directly. If an employee lacks the ability, that can be understood.
However, using questionable methods will inevitably make people unhappy. Please think it through carefully.
