1. The interview is conducted by phone.
2. The job applicant is expected to cover the costs of making calls and other expenses.
3. It is unclear whether there is a physical company or just an individual studio; in any case, they will not have you interview at an office.
4. The boss prefers to conduct interviews in the evening, saying they have to go out to handle business during the day; the interview location will be announced later.
