I previously went for an interview, and my overall impression was quite good. The general manager was very polite and patiently explained the position. The company generally complies with the Labor Standards Act. The salary offered to inexperienced newcomers was fairly reasonable. During the interview, typing accuracy is tested (they said it was to assess attention to detail). Free meals are provided, and overtime is not common.
The office atmosphere is a bit dull, and it feels like people form cliques.
