The interviewer was quite talkative and seemed like a nice person.
Applied for a 3D architectural position.
When overtime came up, the interviewer said that there was no overtime pay, but compensatory leave was available.
However, compensatory leave was not calculated from the end of the workday at 6:30 p.m.;
working until 8 or 9 p.m. did not count as compensatory leave—you had to work past 10 or 11 p.m. for it to count.
The way to take compensatory leave was to call or use LINE to notify the boss that you had worked past 10 or 11 p.m. the previous night and would be arriving late at the company that day.
If you can accept this arrangement for compensatory leave, you can consider going to the interview.
