Cons
They give employees a vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.05 mm to make parts within 0.05 mm.
The base salary is below the minimum wage required by the Labor Standards Act.
The total of all bonuses only barely exceeds the minimum required by the Labor Standards Act.
They deduct pay for meal breaks.
Overtime results in bonus deductions, which is equivalent to having no overtime pay.
They even want employees to sign a low-wage contract including overtime pay for NT$27,000.
