The boss is often not at home. The environment is acceptable. When there is no work, you may be assigned tasks such as trimming trees and feeding the fish.
Cons
The department manager leads internal infighting, while the new female owner ignores what is happening and only seeks to keep the company running. The situation continues to deteriorate.
