Pros
A family-owned business~ The customer comes first.
As long as you're willing to cozy up to the right people, you have a chance of getting promoted.
Cons
Don't expect to learn anything at a company with no systems.
A place with no systems nevertheless expects you to follow them.
If they don't like you, they'll find a way to get rid of you.
Employees are guests; customers are family.
