During the interview, I had a chance to chat with employees, which gave me a general understanding of the working conditions.
1. The boss called and immediately scheduled an interview (they called at 9:30 and asked me to arrive at 10:30, which felt rushed)
2. During the interview, they did not look at the physical portfolio, only saying that they had seen the electronic version, and they were not interested in hearing me explain the work
3. After introducing the company environment and job responsibilities, they vaguely implied that overtime might be required outside working hours to meet client needs
4. Without prior notice that I would be given low-resolution photo materials for a computer skills test, I was asked to complete a DM on-site (I had already informed them that I had another interview scheduled in Taipei City that afternoon, and there was not enough time to finish it)
5. The software version is outdated; they use CS3
6. I felt that the entire interview was extremely rushed and that they did not particularly respect the interviewee’s schedule
