The company is actually quite local and old-fashioned. I left quite some time ago, but I still can’t forget it.

The heads of sales and marketing are both idiots + lunatics. Relying on their seniority, they’re actually empty-headed and only know how to pressure their subordinates relentlessly. You learn nothing and absolutely won’t want to stay.
