Workplace reviews and discussion: 絢禾文教科技有限公司

The salary and benefits were explained fairly clearly.

The company's job posting on the employment website differs from reality.

At first, the pay was calculated hourly. After becoming a full-time employee, there was a discrepancy between the salary and bonuses described by the supervisor and HR...

I was asked to help with shipping, and the work mainly involved shipping. It was completely different from the position advertised on the employment website.

They kept emphasizing that the job market outside is like this everywhere, instilling many hopeless ideas in you.

It made me feel that I wouldn't be able to find a better job if I didn't go to work there.

It felt like a bit of a waste of time. If the company couldn't offer that level of pay, it shouldn't have posted misleading information online~

They lured people in and then talked a bunch of nonsense..... If I had known it would be like this, I wouldn't have wasted time making the trip.

I'm writing this for people considering going to the interview as a reference. If you can't accept it, you won't have to make a wasted trip.
