The atmosphere is okay
Cons
Sales staff have no parking spaces and need to provide their own vehicle
The travel allowance is somewhat useless
The way performance is calculated is a bit strange
Nice on the surface but very shady behind the scenes
No training at all
You’re left to fend for yourself
