The work environment is not bad.
The salary is about the same as in traditional industries, so if you’re hoping to earn over 30K, you can skip this place.
The so-called bonuses and gift money for the three major holidays, etc., are all just product vouchers, basically just trying to get you to use their products.
(There’s a very high chance they’ll ask you to switch to direct selling later.)
The advertised job opening is just a pretext; in reality, much of the work does not match the advertised position at all.
There are many internal problems and a lot of rigid rules. Unless you actually want to do direct selling, I wouldn’t recommend going there.
Recently, a friend joined and couldn’t stand it after less than a week. I’m very glad I didn’t join back then.
