The HR representative who called me initially and conducted the interview had a very good attitude. They first administered a personality assessment to understand my personality profile. It was quite interesting and also helped me understand myself better.

I interviewed in the afternoon that day. When I arrived early, I felt that the company had a great atmosphere, and it seemed that there was a special event for employees on Fridays. I wonder if that was why they were playing music.

The interview focused on asking about my experience based on my résumé. The process was pleasant, quick, and to the point. I was also very fortunate to be able to interview with the top interviewer that same day.

Throughout the conversation, I learned that the position matched what I was looking for quite well: flexibility, regular courses to enhance professional skills, no ceiling for career growth, good benefits, and a great atmosphere among colleagues. After searching online, I also found that many of their clients are major brand-name companies. I really hope I’ll receive a call soon saying that I passed the interview!
