The boss is quite friendly.

She has a lot of vision for the future and wants to develop subsidiaries around the world (but the company is still very much in its startup phase, so you may need to be very strong-hearted to believe in her).

1. They seem to be very short-staffed. They gave me an offer on the same day—kind of suspicious.

2. The boss is a designer. Unless you’re genuinely interested in jewelry or design, it feels like there isn’t much you can learn from her.

3. The boss’s thinking is very jumpy, and the way she speaks is somewhat illogical and disorganized.

4. The work they expect you to do is at the manager level, yet they’re looking for a recent graduate. Then they say they believe you can do it, that if they believe in you, you can do it, and that there’s nothing to be afraid of. It’s baffling... It feels like they don’t really have a clear concept of what they’re doing.

5. The company is still in its very early startup stage, with only her and a secretary. It feels like the work would be quite miscellaneous, including things like sweeping the floor.
