Pros
As an operator, there is almost no overtime. Saturdays and Sundays are off, and when a make-up workday falls during a long holiday, shifts are adjusted directly. The work is straightforward, and there is also a bonus every month.
Cons
The work is repetitive, bonuses may be withheld by management, and the reported salary is lower than the actual high salary.
