Cons
Part-time employees do not get many working hours
4 hours a day, approximately 3.4 working days per week
Schedules are often changed or shifts are cut
Policies change constantly, completely depending on the supervisor’s mood
Support is needed between the front and back of house; staffing is often insufficient
Some colleagues scheme against each other, making things very chaotic
