It would be nice if I could encounter some normal employees.
The company policies are extremely poor.
Benefits:
1. Training: Handled perfunctorily—you are simply sent into battle.
2. Bonuses/gifts: None. Don't even think about it.
3. Insurance: Labor and health insurance are provided, but I heard from someone in HR who resigned that there may be underreporting and underpayment.
4. Recreation: Come organize the office every Friday afternoon.
5. Policies: Regular performance evaluations; if you fail to meet the target, prepare to be called out relentlessly. Promotion? You don't even get a raise, and you still want a promotion?
6. Leave policy: Annual leave? You may not get the chance to take it. Menstrual leave for female employees? It still requires the president's approval.
There is no overtime pay—only compensatory leave. However, you usually cannot use all of the compensatory leave because you will be very busy, too busy to take time off.
