The job posting on the employment website includes a salary range. Suitable for those looking for a job to settle into for the long term.
The salary range is just for show. The supervisor only wants to push the salary down as low as possible, and the information provided by HR and the R&D supervisor is inconsistent (for example: whether overtime pay is provided, the amount of salary and benefits, and the length of working hours). It seems to be a company with little structure. The interview questions were probably copied from a template purchased from some commercial interview service and were meaningless.
The so-called “precision instrument room” is actually just a basic instrument room, roughly comparable to an ordinary chemistry laboratory. The work mainly consists of adjusting formulation ratios.
