Pros

The colleagues are very nice. You can eat fruit with your colleagues while secretly complaining about the company.

Cons

The company is in the “gambling” business and primarily takes on white-label projects, yet it has a customer service department, which is very puzzling. The company’s owner is Taiwanese and is very bad at communicating, so management was later entrusted to another company owner to handle.

In terms of salary and benefits, they promised a 3–5% adjustment. Of course, most people only received a 3% adjustment, and the company still acted as though you should kneel down and thank them for giving you one.

As for the work, the company’s biggest source of chaos is its senior management: one person always likes to wear red clothes, while another is always talking about how they do business all over the world.

The person who wears red clothes interferes with the RD team’s work because they understand a little about technology, imposing practices that do not fit the current situation. They also nitpick about your working hours and take a very long time to approve annual leave. Alternatively, they like to stand next to you and watch you work or interrupt your work, and sometimes they especially like to approach you to discuss work when you are about to take your lunch break or a short rest.

The manager who loves doing business all over the world prefers inexperienced fresh graduates who have just entered the workforce. They can work tirelessly, but they will not provide training and will simply leave them to fend for themselves. They also especially like women, taking the opportunity to touch them or harass them via messages. They even think QABA is about the same as customer service in terms of financial and professional value. If they do not like you, they will find a way to get rid of you. They love playing power games—and have managed to defeat everyone in them.

These managers especially like to communicate directly with the RD team without telling anyone about any modifications or changes they have made, leaving everyone with an unwelcome surprise. They are also very rude: whenever the acting owner is speaking, they are perfunctory or play with their phones, ignoring what is being said.

The company loves to make grand verbal promises. They have been painting this rosy picture for a year, yet no one has gotten to enjoy it. Moreover, when employees leave, senior management never tries to retain them, so the company has been recruiting continuously for a long time.
