Damn! The Ministry of Culture is a complete disaster.
The International Affairs Division looks glamorous on the surface and seems to involve frequent business trips, but in reality, the director has held the position for ten years without being replaced. She acts like an empress dowager, is scheming and gloomy, and whenever anything does not go her way, she arbitrarily punishes people. She has no management skills at all and is extremely emotional. Everyone has to work according to her mood, resulting in an extremely high turnover rate throughout the unit.
Please, legislators, do the right thing: replace people when they need to be replaced. If someone stays in one position for too long, even a talented person will become a tyrant, using only public-agency money for their own public relations.
This place is a complete disaster, a complete disaster, a complete disaster—because it is so important, it must be said three times.
