The company's salary is okay and paid promptly, and the policies and benefits are also good. Employees in other departments are easy to get along with.
If you are considering the legal position in mainland China, think carefully before applying.
The supervisor keeps a lot of things as necessary evidence to use against you later, handles matters according to personal likes and dislikes, and has no clear standards. (There are general standards for contract revisions, but for other matters, the same issue may have different outcomes depending on the person.) A lot of time is often spent on meaningless tasks.
The supervisor threatens subordinates with their salary and benefits and verbally humiliates them. (Sometimes, the supervisor's own professional competence needs improvement.) You do things according to the supervisor's instructions, but when problems arise, all responsibility is pushed onto you. Sometimes there are no clear instructions or ideas; you have to keep revising the work until the supervisor likes it. (I suspect the supervisor did not have any ideas at the time either and simply did not like it.)
